Tejas Tubular Oilfield Services provides tubular make-up services for both tubing and casing. We utilize integral tongs, computer, and handling tools for tubing. For casing running services we use appropriate tongs and handling tools up to 13 3/8″. Our services can be performed on carbon, alloy, and chrome pipe; also, for all connections Two-Step, API and Premium. We prep using the appropriate compound and use the proper tongs and tools before running the tubing and casing down-hole.
Tejas Tubular Oilfield Services uses modified 175 Ton Air Slips. Slips are modified to ensure injection lines, control lines and umbilicals are not damaged during tubing run.
Our 350 Ton Spiders have been modified to enable large umbilicals to be safely run in conjunction with casing size landing strings.
The Pneumatic 200 Ton Elevator are designed to work effectively on derricks having top drives where operation requires tripping of work-string on rig where stabber is not utilized.
Our Torque-Turn service utilizes the CT4500 tong -mounted computer to perform torque turn on API connections. Our Torque monitoring service uses high resolution sensors in conjunction with the Contech CT3000 software to monitor and control the make-up of internally shouldered premium connections.

Tejas Tubular Oilfield Services provides an all-hydraulic, self-contained PICKUP LAYDOWN MACHINE (PULD) that can quickly position a joint of tubing every 15 seconds. The v-trough has a set of retractable fingers which enable the pipe to be picked up or discharged in a safe fashion from either side. The self-locking conveyor trolley is chain driven and mounted safely in the v-trough.
